admission policies and procedures 

• Priceless Gems Nursery School accepts children between ages of 3 to 5 for two years. If the child is younger than three then the child spends three years per agreement with parents.

• Parents will be required to meet with the head or head teachers along with their child at a convenient time before enrolment.

​

• The maximum number of children per class is 15 and are accepted on a first come first serve basis to ensure quality education and one to one attention.

​

• Parents will be required to fill out the Application form and pay the registration fee to confirm a place for their child within the school.

  Parents will be communicated with upon the acceptance of their child in the school.

​

• We advise all parents to prepare healthy homemade goodies for their children, as junk food (such as crisp, chocolates etc.) are not allowed except on Friday.

​

• We have parent-teacher meetings thrice every year. However, parents are welcome if they wish to check the progress of their child at any other time after booking an appointment with the teacher

​

• Parents are responsible to inform the school if their child is ill, specifically a contagious disease, to prevent the spread of such a disease. In such circumstances, parents are required to discontinue the attendance of their child until they have fully recovered. If a child is ill during the school time, parents will be informed to pick their child up from school.

• In case of a medical emergency, the school has the right to take any necessary actions and provide medical treatment, if need be and if the parents are unavailable or unreachable. The school will not administer any medication to children unless instructed by parents under extreme circumstances.

​

• Children are expected to be in school at 8:00 and will be under the supervision of the teacher until 12:15pm after which they will be under the care of the nursery helper. In the case of an emergency, parents should inform the school in advance and let the school know that they will be late.

​

• The school is liable to remove any child permanently, should the need arise. If the child is removed from the school, due to any reason, the fees for the term are not refundable under any circumstances.
